Police: Thieves Hit Chews Landing Rd. Shed

Home security cameras capture suspects in the act.

Gloucester Township Police Crime Stoppers has released images of two suspects who stole various metallic items from a shed on a Chews Landing Road residential property.

The crime occurred Sunday, Sept. 23, at about 12 p.m., police said. The suspects' images were recorded on the home's closed-circuit TV cameras.

The first suspect, who was driving the possible 2002 to 2005 Ford Explorer, is a 20- to 30-year-old white male, with an athletic build and short, brown hair, police said.

The second suspect is described as a 20- to 30-year old white female, with a medium build and brown or dark red hair that was worn pulled up.

A third unknown suspect was seen opening the rear driver’s door of the Explorer, but never exited the vehicle as the items were pilfered.
