Well , the State Police didn't work . Now you have a brand new County/Metro Police dept. and STILL the murders are happening. 92% of black children born out of wedlock. Hoards of young black and Latino high school drop outs sitting idle all day. A city buried in pension debt. And NO business willing to come here because they are aware of the debt and refuse to be shaken down. I mean can u blame them. Oh well, it sure doesn't look like it's going to cure itself anytime soon. Maybe the Martians will have an answer.
