Sicklerville Man Charged in 2011 Homicides

Camden County Prosecutor's Office announces homicide charges against 25-year-old James Harris.

A Winslow Township man has been charged with shooting two men to death in Lindenwold last December.

James Harris, 25, of Winslow's Sicklerville section, is charged with two counts of murder in the shooting deaths of Daquan Hines, 21, and Kevin Gould, 24, Camden County Prosecutor Warren W. Faulk and Lindenwold Police Chief Thomas Brennan announced Tuesday.

Both Hines, of Lumberton, and Gould, of Winslow's Sicklerville section, were shot in their heads as they sat in a car parked at Pine Ridge Apartments the night of Dec. 9, 2011.

Harris was charged in connection with the two Lindenwold homicides on Sept. 18, according to the prosecutor's office. He is currently in federal custody on an unrelated matter.
