Sicklerville Man Extradited From Virginia, Charged With Armed Robbery

A Sicklerville man was extradited from Virginia over the weekend and charged in connection with the armed robbery of a Wendy’s in Woodbury Heights, the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office announced Thursday evening.

Marvin O. Jones, 27, was charged with second-degree conspiracy to commit robbery, first-degree robbery, second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, second-degree certain persons not to possess a weapon, third-degree theft and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He is being held in default of $200,000 bail. 

He and his girlfriend were charged in connection with the armed robbery of the Wendy’s on Route 45 in Woodbury Heights on Nov. 24, 2013. His girlfriend, Erica M. Albert, was a shift manager at the restaurant.

Albert, 27, of Clayton, surrendered at the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office on Feb. 7. She was charged with second-degree conspiracy to commit robbery, first-degree robbery and third-degree theft. She was released after posting $50,000 bail set on the charges.
