Sicklerville Road Reopened After Head-on Crash

Police spent nearly three hours investigating what they described as a head-on, two-vehicle crash on Sicklerville Road this afternoon.

Two medical helicopters were summoned to the crash, which occurred around 2:30 p.m. near Freeway Golf Course, to transport victims to area hospitals.

Police have indicated a total of four people were injured in the crash.

Sicklerville Road was closed between Garwood and Jarvis roads between roughly 2:30 and 5:30 p.m.

A Williamstown man was killed in a January crash near the Sicklerville golf course.

Police did not identify the four people injured in the crash in a press release issued at around 4:45 p.m. this afternoon.

The accident remains under investigation by the police department's Serious Crash Investigation Team.
