Teen Sentenced in Autumn Ridge Apartment Groping Incidents

The teen previously pleaded guilty to groping women on five separate occasions on April 23.

A Gloucester Township teenager has been sentenced in connection in a string of groping incidents at Autumn Ridge Apartments, Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Gloucester Township Police Chief Harry Earle announced on Tuesday.

The teenager is accused of accosting as many as five women in the township earlier this year.

The teenager was sentenced to 18 months in Pinelands Residential Treatment Facility for juvenile sex offenders, to be followed by another eight months of mandated aftercare on Monday.

The teenager was sentenced in connection on two counts of third degree criminal sexual contact and three counts of fourth degree criminal sexual contact.

The teenager admitted to groping or touching women inappropriately at the Autumn Ridge Apartments in Gloucester Township on five separate occasions from December 2013 to February 2014.

He also used physical force on two of the women.

He was captured after an Autumn Ridge resident recognized a description of him released by the Gloucester Township Police Department in February.

He was arrested on March 2 and pleaded guilty on April 23.
