A Sicklerville man is wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office for failure to appear for a pre-arraignment interview on possession of cocaine charges.
Theodore J. Watley, 55, was charged following a traffic stop in Deptford on Nov. 21. He was initially stopped on an active warrant out of Deptford. He was subsequently charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), specifically cocaine, and failure to surrender CDS to a police officer.
He was indicted on Feb. 12 on a charge of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

His pre-arraignment interview was scheduled for Feb. 26, but he failed to appear.
