Woodbury's Robert B. Miles Sr. Cops to Child Porn

Prosecutors will recommend a three-year prison sentence in exchange for the guilty plea on child endangerment.

A Woodbury man admitted Friday that he stored child pornography on his computer, the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office announced.

Prosecutors will recommend a three-year prison sentence for Robert B. Miles Sr., 59, when he’s sentenced on Jan. 25, 2013.

Miles, of the 400 block of East Barber Avenue in Woodbury, pleaded guilty to second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. Miles’ computer contained pictures of children engaging in sex acts, and those pornographic photos were available to others through a file-sharing system.

Miles was arrested Dec. 1, 2011, after an investigation by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office High-Tech Crime unit.

Superior Court Judge John Water Jr. will sentence Miles in January.
