Please attend the SJC December Action Session where we will be discussing the various rules governing municipalities in New Jersey. Among those will be the Optional Municipal Charter, Walsh Act and Legislative Incorporation. We will discuss the differences of these municipal governments and the public's rights and responsibilities.
We will also discuss the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) and the power that the citizens have when used correctly. Remember that all government works for the people and the people need to know the user manual cover to cover.
