Transit riders can get the chance to talk directly with the organization's top management in an open forum.

NJ Transit customers can get a chance to bring concerns to the organization’s top management at a public forum at the Walter Rand Transportation Center in Camden Thursday.

Part of NJ Transit’s “We Are Listening” tour around the state, the forums are designed as a chance for riders to bring concerns and feedback directly to the people at the top, officials said.

That feedback goes in hand with NJ Transit’s quarterly surveys, and officials said they target improvements in the system based at least in part on what they hear at these forums.

The open forum Thursday runs from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the main waiting room at the transportation center, located at the corner of Broadway and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
