The Third Regiment Infantry United States Colored Troops Re-enactors complement The American Civil War: Pols and Generals Lecture Series presented by the Center for Civic Leadership and Responsibility with their portable exhibit including equipment and flags and short talks about the Regiment, camp life and Civil War music.
