Ghosts, Clowns and the Mario Bros. Parade Through Erial Elementary

Erial students more than made up for the delay on their Halloween parade with a great showing of creativity Friday.

Erial Elementary School students had to wait a few extra days to celebrate Halloween, so by the time their annual parade through school finally came, students could hardly contain their enthusiasm.

The school put on its annual costume parade Friday, walking through the hallways to show off costumes to each other, teachers and parents. Spiderman, the Mario Bros. and one extremely unqualified zombie surgeon walked past princesses, a chef and even a box of Tastykakes.

School cancellations earlier this week forced Erial Elementary to delay its parade by a few days. The kids will have a chance to don their costumes again Monday, when Gloucester Township holds its rescheduled trick-or-treating.
