Timber Creek Boys Basketball Opens Against CHE [Photos]

The Chargers couldn't match the Cougars' high-powered offense.

Timber Creek got a game-high 12 points from Keith Washington, but the Chargers couldn't keep up with a Cherry Hill East team in a 63-35 loss in the season opener Friday night.

The Chargers were held to just 12 first-half points, eight of which came from Justice Davila, and saw East dump buckets of pressure on both ends of the court, led by Jake Silpe's 22-point, six-steal effort.

Timber Creek got an 11-point effort from Davila and five points from Randy Bell in the loss.
