This has to be a leftover April Fool's post, or else it must be that new math that I don'tRead More understand, because hate crime fire bombing a synagogue, a church, even a Starbuck's, means you go to jail. That's how it works. I don't feel bad that he has been in jail for 2 years, I feel safe.
So Kind 99 April 17, 2014 at 06:27 pm
I'm as liberal and sympathetic as they get, but he firebombed a synagogue.... Hmm.

This article shouldn't be called journalism...

They actually do some good in that they clear paths in wooded or overgrown areas that can be used asRead More fire trails or for recreation. However, some riders damaged property of others and disconnected mufflers to ruin that for everyone.

I wonder how many who commented on this use their phone to text and/or call others while driving??Read More It's sad that folks have to talk and/or text while driving without realizing they MAY ONE DAY cause a death to someone - sorry state of affairs! When I feel the need to call/text someone while driving, I pull over... it just seems like the right thing to do!

The one land- country road I travel on (on a daily basis) calls for 35 miles per hour speed limit.Read More As many travel this road to access the GSP and are just passing through my neighborhood they often get upset by this and 'tail gate' me.... sad! It just makes me drive slower to torment them!! We even have the cops who hide out, catching 'speeders' on this road... it still doesn't make folks slow down! Sorry state of affairs!

i applaud you Mark Guarnere... this disease takes total control and kills daily. Its happened to theRead More best of families, its a demon once its consumed someone that has hit rock bottom, and nobody is perfect, we all have issues. Never Judge or make fiun of other peoples shoes before checking your own souls first. We dont know what goes on behind everyones closed door. Its good to know there is help out there for people that need it. a few years ago i had a friend that also needed help and could not find a facility to help him, he died less then a year after confessing his addiction and trying to get help. so sad!

Mr. Bellano, thank you for updating this story. For those who read it prior to the update, pleaseRead More note that Sal did not take his life, but was the victim of an accidental fatal overdose. You can read about him here - https://www.facebook.com/4EverSal/info. Thank you Renee, It is a difficult job to do, but so rewarding. The hardest part is getting theRead More alcoholic or addict to admit they have this terrible disease and then be willing to get the help that we offer. But in the end if you do the work you get the rewards..Thank you for the kind words..

John, I really don't care what this article said if you are going to talk about something know allRead More the facts. Never base it off of one article. I watch the news, read the Courier Post, Gloucester County Times and look at numerous articles online and it seems this is the only one that fail to mention that monster was struggling with mental illness. Look at ABC News article on their site it mentions it. I wasn't taking digs at you. I was just merely saying talking about race wasn't an issue the fact that what this animal did was awful. Him being an African American didn't strike my attention, the fact that he stabbed him mother over 2 dozen times did. He did a horrific thing. I don't care if he didn't have a father in his life. His father didn't do the crime he did. I am done with talking about this cause clearly you are going to think what you want and I will think what I want. I have too much to do than to go back and forth. Screw your 72% that you are so concerned about. I know plenty of people who are black and come from a 2 parent household. We are all people.. none better than the other. I'm praying for that family and don't worry I'll pray for you too John.
John April 16, 2014 at 09:22 am
It's not my 72%. It's our 72%. Irresponsible family planning has become an epidemic. A loving ,Read More caring father figure would have done wonders for this monster had he been in his life since day one.

@John...now I understand what u were stating. Thank you for elaborating. I too get a bit frustratedRead More at the way they chose to word things in the stories they write. However, I do find it quite humorous to read some of the comments made n how upset n defensive some of the ppl get.

What can be said. This was the result of four black adults who decided to prey on someone allRead More because those four black adults refused to assimilate into society .Our third world population is not going away anytime soon. So like they say in the Boy Scouts " Be Prepared" . Which really means " You Can't Do Shit To Protect Yourself ". So folks, there ain't no answer for this. When you have 72% of black children being born out of wedlock. A democratic government who wants to lay blame where it don't belong. . Pathetic, Liberal judges who are educated and as clueless as the day is long and see the perpetrators as victims you can rest assure there ain't no light at the end of this tunnel. I know the CC Freeholders have sore arms from patting themselves on the back, oh and trust me they will reward themselves with very nice pensions ,. But the truth is this whole situation with crime in and around Camden is not going away anytime soon. When you have uneducated , misguided adults who sit around all day drinkin druggin and sexxin it's going to result in similar outcomes like the one for poor Mr Hetnandez. . Wake the hell up America. We are in a crime crisis. The midst of a Heroin epidemic and we MUST begin to hold the fathers of these illegitimate babies accountable for the coast of their actions .

With housing values going down, taxes going up and a Mayor who stays for the award ceremony portionRead More of Council meetings, but refuses to stay afterwards to hear what is going on with the business of the township, I imagine there will continue to be a rise in abandoned houses. Especially after Council votes in the 7% - 8% tax increase for the upcoming year. Thank you to all the Gloucester Township residents that voted Mayor Mayer and his Council cronies in for another term.

Well , the State Police didn't work . Now you have a brand new County/Metro Police dept. and STILLRead More the murders are happening. 92% of black children born out of wedlock. Hoards of young black and Latino high school drop outs sitting idle all day. A city buried in pension debt. And NO business willing to come here because they are aware of the debt and refuse to be shaken down. I mean can u blame them. Oh well, it sure doesn't look like it's going to cure itself anytime soon. Maybe the Martians will have an answer.
