Patch/NJ Aid for Animals Pet of the Week: Baby Face

This week's Patch/NJ Aid for Animals Pet of the Week is a terrier with a bit of bulldog in her.

New Jersey Aid for Animals board member Kelly Matthews, a Gloucester Township resident, submitted the following press release to Patch: Baby Face is one of the sweetest dogs you can imagine. She is a 3-year-old American Staffordshire terrier that looks like she also has some English bulldog in her background. She is low to the ground, has some extra skin and makes the typical bulldog "grunty sounds" that make them so comical. Baby Face came into the shelter emaciated, not much more than skin and bones and chained to another dog. This sweet girl has shown all the evidence of a life of terrible neglect but somehow she has kept her sweet disposition and hope for the future. This is a well-mannered, friendly young dog with so much love to give…
