Accused K-9 Schultz Killer Indicted on Drug Charges
Skyler J. Robinson, who was accused of killing Gloucester Township Police K-9 Schultz in 2010, now faces unrelated drug charges in Gloucester County.
Trouble keeps coming for Skyler J. Robinson. He was accused in 2010 of killing Gloucester Township Police K-9 Schultz after Robinson and accomplice allegedly robbed a Chinese restaurant and were running from police. While awaiting trial, he was arrested again, this time on drug-distribution charges in August 2012. A Gloucester County grand jury this week indicted Robinson, 22, on the following charges related to that arrest: • One third-degree count of possession of oxycodone; • Two third-degree counts of manufacturing/distributing or dispensing oxycodone in a quantity greater than one ounce. Oxycodone is a powerful narcotic painkiller. Each of the charges in the indictment carries a sentence of three to five years in state prison. An …
