Fugitive from Runnemede on Most Wanted List Captured

Matthew Falciani, who was No. 10 on the Gloucester County Sheriff's Most Wanted List, was arrested this week. A second fugitive on the list also was captured.

Gloucester County Sheriff Carmel Morina crossed two more fugitives off his list. Two men on the sheriff's Most Wanted List—Matthew Falciani of Runnemede and Nicholas Hopkins of Swedesboro—were arrested this week. Hopkins was No. 1 on the list; Falciani was No. 10.  Falciani, 29, was arrested Thursday morning at an apartment complex in Haddon Heights, where he was staying with a friend and his girlfriend. He was wanted since Jan. 10 for failure to appear in court for sentencing to begin in a 364-day term in the Gloucester County Jail. He was wanted on a violation of probation charge.  Following his arrest Thursday, Falciani was held without bail in the county jail.
