Police believe the suspect may be the same person responsible for similar strong-arm robberies in Runnemede and Washington Township on Monday.
Police have released surveillance images of a man wanted for robbing a woman of her purse outside of the Berlin-Cross Keys Road Wawa store this week. Gloucester Township Police describe the suspect as a black male who is 6 feet to 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds. The suspect was clean-shaven, had a close-cropped haircut and was wearing a large, white T-shirt and dark-colored shorts at the time of the robbery, which occurred outside of the Sicklerville store at approximately 7:45 a.m. Monday, according to police. The vehicle burglaries happened last week at the Chews Landing Road ShopRite.
Police on Tuesday released information regarding a series of unreported vehicle burglaries in the shopping lot at the Chews Landing Road ShopRite last week. Gloucester Township Police also posted surveillance video of the suspect burglarizing the vehicles on the department's YouTube page. The unidentified man targeted unlocked vehicles, according to police, but no victims had come forward as of Tuesday evening. An alleged shoplifting incident turned into a robbery when the suspect knocked a phone out of a security guard's hand.
Police have released photos of a man wanted in connection with an alleged shoplifting-turned-robbery incident at Kmart. The incident occurred Dec. 8 at around 9:30 p.m., according to police. When approached by a Kmart security guard who believed the man had been concealing merchandise in an attempt to steal it, the suspect knocked a phone out of the security guard's hand and fled the store. Police described described the suspect as a black male who was wearing a black jacket with a gold dragons on it, a black baseball cap and a white, hooded sweatshirt. Police have released video and photographs of the suspect in an attempted shoplifting at Kmart last month.
Police this afternoon released surveillance video and photographs of the suspect in a June 30 attempted shoplifting incident at Kmart. The suspect, believed to be a white male, broke into a home on La Costa Drive.
Police have released several photographs of a suspect in the burglary of a Valleybrook home. The burglary occurred on La Costa Drive around 12:45 p.m. June 2. The suspect, whom police believe to be a white male, was wearing red Adidas sweatpants and a white, hooded sweatshirt at the time. He used a screwdriver to force open the home's front door, then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
