The Planning Board will review a proposal by Cooper Health System to place three billboards—each up to 60 feet high—along a portion of Route 42 that runs through the township. Representatives of Gloucester 42 Associates, a limited-liability company formed by Cooper, will appear before the township planning board tonight, Wednesday, Nov. 16 during a special meeting. The billboard proposal is the only item on the agenda. The meeting begins 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Municipal Complex.
