ReplyI'm looking at Lee Albright's flier I received in the mail the other day and I don't see anything on there about cutting spending or reducing taxes. Just a wishful statement about "pursuing funding from additional grants and other outside sources". Like thta'll happen. Tax and spend liberal just like Obama. Vote for real change this week.

Sadly, this is how government on all levels operates nowadays. There is never any sense of urgency. Deadlines are never met. Cost overruns the norm. There is never any accountability. No one ever loses their job. The 295/42 interchange project is supposed to take "at least 8 and a half years" (TRANSLATION: At least 12). Our State Department hired the "February 17th Martyrs Brigade" for security at Benghazi dontcha know. Terrific.

ReplyIs this the project that our thoroughly incompetent government overlords have told us will take "at least 8 and half years" to complete? Mind you the Hoover Dam was constructed in 5 years. The Golden Gate Bridge in 3. EIGHTY. YEARS. AGO. What an absolute disgrace. Pathetic.
