Trish is a 2000 graduate of Temple University, with a bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations and advertising. She is a native of Doylestown, Bucks County, Pa.

Trish has written as a contributor for Livestrong.com, Burlington (Vt.) Free Press, Chef Mom and Woman's Day.

Trish moved to South Jersey in 2002. She is a Lindenwold resident.

In addition to freelance writing, Trish has been a yoga instructor for three years.
